What is check in/check out time?
3:00pm is check in time and 12:00pm is check out time.
How much do you charge for high speed/Wi-Fi internet access?
All guests get complimentary high-speed access during every stay.
Is the hotel entirely non-smoking?
The hotel is non-smoking, except rooms with balcony access. In case of violation of this rule, we charge a fee of EUR 250 per
day.
Do you have a business center?
We do not have a business center however our front desk team is available to assist with business services like scanning, printing, and copying.
Do you have a pool?
No, we don’t. We have a hot tub, Finnish sauna and a steam room.
Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
Yes, we have. Our spa is open every day of the week from 6:00am till 9:00pm.

Reservations
Is my ID/passport required at check in?
A valid government issued photo ID is required at the time of check in. For all Non-EU guests we will require to see a valid passport.
Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Yes, rollaways beds cost 99EUR per night and cribs are free of charge. Note that not all rooms are large enough to take extra beds and cribs.
Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, we have accessible rooms.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, we do. To inquire about connecting rooms, call or write to our Reservations team.
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
If you made a reservation using a third-party website, please contact your service provider directly to make modifications to your reservation.
What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
The minimum age requirement to check in to a room is 18.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking?
Yes, we have a secured underground car park. It costs 35 EUR / night.
Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer free shuttle service from the airport.
What are your cross streets?

Our Restaurant, AGOS: Sunday-Thursday 07:00am-10:00pm; on Friday-Saturday 07:00am-11:00pm

Our Rooftop Bar, Fennen: Monday-Sunday 5:00pm-12:00am

Credit cards, debit cards and cash with credit card guarantee are all options.

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
Yes, your pet friends are welcome at our hotel. Pets must fit in the elevator.
