Kimpton BEM Budapest has eight event rooms.

The largest capacity event room at Kimpton BEM Budapest is the BEM Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 110 people in a theatre setup.
Unfortunately, Kimpton BEM Budapest does not provide wedding services.

We understand the importance of sustainability, and our hotel is committed to implementing sustainable practices for meetings and events in every way possible.

When hosting a Meeting for Good at Kimpton BEM Budapest, planners can expect efforts to support a more sustainable meeting experience. We have eliminated the use of single-use materials to reduce waste. This includes the elimination of printed materials, with all collateral and sales agreements being digitalized and signed using Digital Signature. Furthermore, in compliance with our meeting spaces policy, all meeting setups are free of single-use items such as notepads, pens, coasters, and flipcharts. These items are available upon request only. Our policy also rejects the use of plastic, equipping our event spaces with large-format water dispensers, such as pitchers and glassware, or refill stations throughout the meeting space.

To minimize water and energy consumption, Kimpton BEM Budapest supports a Linen & Towel Reuse Program for overnight meeting attendees. As per our HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and lighting policies, we aim to conserve energy during low or no occupancy periods, such as setup, teardown, event breaks, and overnight.

For events with catering, our Food Waste Reduction Action Plan aims to minimize food waste. We feature locally sourced and plant-based options to reduce the carbon emissions associated with the processing, transport, and utilization of menu ingredients. We also promote the elimination of single-use materials by utilizing reusable banquet labeling and menus and offering reusable serviceware, including plates, utensils, and glassware.
